In my Heart

In my church we're counciled to keep a record of our lives for our future posterity. This is my record for now, of the things of my heart.

Word from Peter

Well, I finally heard from Peter but it wasn't exactly good.

Molly,

I've been receiving emails from people that I don't know who say that obtained my address from your "internet blog." Furthermore, an "(Elder) Jerry Wheadon" and an "Audrey" have informed me that you are putting additional information about me and my family on the internet.

Can you explain what is going on here?

From,

Peter Parley

Should I send Peter the blog address? I'm not sure if he'll be really mad or if he'll think it's kind of sweet. I think I'm going to have to tell him...

Yeah, that's a great idea! Send him a link to your blog!

Seriously, Molly, any guy who would sign his letters/e-mails "From *full name*" is not exactly giving out the warm vibes.
You should go out with my brother instead. He is way hot, and he wouldn't take you on some lame date with the folks. I keep trying to tell you this, but you keep brushing me off.
    Peter is so lame.

Your in for it now girl! Come clean and roll with the punches. If he likes you, he'll roll with it.

    Good luck,

    Emily

    Hi Kan,

The deleted message was just a mistake that I made, so I deleted it rather than changing it. No bad words or drama.

    Bye,

    Molly

    Molly,

I was sooo sorry to be the one that had to tell you about Peter. Maybe I didn't see what I saw... I hope so. You and Peter are so good for each other!!

Anyway, I hope it works out for the best Pippi. We'll talk soon.

Well Molly, I admire your resolve to follow the Lord's command to "Multiply and replenish the earth." Might I offer you some of my sage wisdom?

Come clean to young Peter. Be perfectly honest with him and if he rejects you, remember that President Kimball said that any good man and any good woman can have a successful marriage if they are willing to work.

Just ask Ma Grape, we have nothing in common but our love of the Gospel and we get along beautifully.

    Godspeed Molly...Godspeed

And if you follow Pa Grape's advice, you may have a Baby Grape on the way before long (after getting married, of course)...

Well looks like as of noon Wednesday Molly had yet to send Peter the address. He has it, though. I sent it to him. Not sure why you would have waited, Molly.

Are you kidding me?! I just sent it!! Oh Goodness, he's not going to be happy not hearing it from me first...

Molly, don't worry about it. I didn't mind hearing about your blog from someone else first. It's not like there is anything to hide. I had never heard of a "blog," but after looking yours over, I decided to make one for myself. I think I read that my name will be a link to my blog, which is good, because I haven't memorized the address yet.

Anyway, I am sorry about all the misunderstandings. As you can read on my blog, I am having a hard time adjusting to life away from the mission. It's funny that Angie commented on me signing my full name to the email I wrote you; to be honest, I had a hard time not signing it "Elder Parley."

Anyway, Molly, give me a call when you get a chance, and I will explain to you about the fireside. Trust me, it was NOT a date.

Oh, it looks like it just puts a link to my profile. Anyway, my blog is at http://ponderingpeter.blogspot.com/ if anyone wants to look at it.
