A Big Relief
Well, Peter called me after I got home from work and we spoke briefly. I apologized for blogging about him without his knowledge. He was OK with it and even posted on my blog (see the previous post comments)! Peter even said that I inspired him to start a blog of his own, which I am going to read as soon as I post this. He said that he thought it was a good way to reach out to and inspire people to righteousness, as well as maintaining records for our future posterity.
Even though I didn't ask, Peter said that while he didn't have time to explain about the girl Brindy saw him with at the fireside, he would call me when he returned from missionary exchanges and tell me the whole story.
I can't wait!!!

I'm a bit worried to hear that Peter is still doing missionary exchanges. One of my concerns when he left the mission field was that he wouldn't be able to accept his new responsibility to find a choice young woman and marry her for eternity. The fact that he's still spending precious time in member's homes with the missionaries while he could be courting you is very saddening to me. I had such high hopes for Elder Parley... please, Molly, you seem like a good young woman. Help Peter know what is most important in his life.

Hey, Jerry (Elder Wheadon) said the following elsewhere on the web.
"I was ticked that someone accused it of being fake, though perhaps "Molly" will at some point find an appropriate way to respond. Whoever is doing this isn't putting enough stuff up. I suppose part of that is a desire to keep it believable, but I have to think it could be done so much better. I e-mailed the address they posted and haven't heard anything back. In fact, I sent one completely under the guise of a real Jerry. Then I sent one using the same address saying "How do you want me to perform in this little act?" No response. I'm addicted too, but it's getting boring."
How can you get ticked that someone accused this whole thing of being fake when you are playing a walk-on part is this farce? Who is being fake Mr. Fakey McFakerson?
(Take that, Stevie)

Pres. Eaves,
you've got to be kidding me! While Marriage is important, there is no reason to just rush into anything that could spell your eternal happiness or misery without careful consideration and trial and error in dates to see what you do and don't want in a spouse. You make it sound as though marriage should be an obsession. How about the more balanced approach of working in all of the areas of the mission of the church? i.e. Perfect the saints (working on personal righteousness and education) Redeem the dead (Temple work and geneaology) and proclaim the gospel (missionary exchanges)? Ease up a bit. Honestly.....

I think some people must have me confused with someone else. Maybe there is another Peter Parley out there. I know I never had a companion named Elder Wheadon, although I guess he could be using a pseudonym (from what I have heard about the internet, you have to be very careful, because people aren't always who they pretend to be).
More importantly, I don't know who President Eaves is. My mission president is named Scott Gardner, and he still has a few weeks left before he comes home, so I am sure he isn't spending time playing on the internet.

Molly, I don't think you should give up on Peter. It sounds like you have something special. I agree with President Eaves, even if he is fake, you need to help Peter return to the real world and then get married to him!

I like oranges. I hope no one ever makes the mistake of comparing the two of us.

While we're on the subject, I just LOVE grapefruit! Is there any more nutritious or tasty breakfast item?
Thanks for participating!

Keep your thanks to yourself. I said I like apples, not you.

Molly, speaking of grapefruit, have you tried Del Monte's Fruit Naturals? They have pre-cut grapefruit in a cup. Soo yummy! Check out you local supermarket's refridgerated produce section. It's so much easier than real grapefruit. Enjoy!
