Oh my Gosh! I knew Peter had grown spiritually on his mission, but I never could have imagined how much! His homecoming talk was sooo good. He talked about how when he was a new missionary he had some companions who weren't 100% obedient to the mission rules and that he really struggled to teach them obedience. He told a story of one companion who refused to leave a discussion one night so that they could be home on time. Peter tried to get him to end the lesson, but the companion refused. They didn't end up getting home until 9:45 PM! Peter was able to really teach some of the other missionaries about obedience after he became a Zone Leader and an Assistant to the President.
Peter came over last night to have family home evening with me and my family last night. I just love spending time with him! I'm really hoping that he asks me out on a date soon so we can spend some more time together...
